Coaching and Supervision

Learning does not have a finite end point. And we don’t always know the answer. (Believe me, it’s okay.) Whether you work in a non-profit or for-profit organization, we are human beings doing the best we can with the information and resources available. It can be messy and difficult to sort on your own. Engaging in regular coaching and/or supervision is one way to support yourself and work through complex issues while also being engaged in reflective learning and continuous development.
Both coaching and supervision involve partnering with you to facilitate critical thinking and problem-solving; however, there are some striking differences. Individual or team coaching uses reflective inquiry to help unblock your thinking or thinking within a team, while supervision focuses on the technical support to enhance safeguarding knowledge or aide with complex decision-making, and elements of coaching are often used.
We only accept a limited number of clients each quarter for coaching or supervision services. This allows us to offer a personalized, tailored experience and ensure adequate preparation time ahead of scheduled sessions.
Confidentiality
All coaching and supervision services are confidential. When performed in a team setting, ground rules will be discussed during the first session.

Supervision: How Can We Help?
We available to provide technical knowledge to support you or your team through the presenting challenge, question(s), or crisis. You can create your own supervision service or select from one below:
- Individual supervision on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis (open or focused topics)
- Team supervision on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis (open or focused topics)
- Case debrief (single or multiple sessions)
- Crisis debrief (single or multiple sessions)
All supervision sessions are 60 minutes, whether individual or team, unless otherwise agreed.
Supervision for Case Management Support
If an individual or team is seeking supervision for case management support or in the case that internally sensitive information will be shared, explicit approval of this service by the employing party's organization is required before engagement.
