Organizational Culture & Safety

Organizational Culture & Safety

The culture of your workplace is a reflection of people, communication, and harmonization of goals. We will partner with you to assess and implement strategies designed to build and sustain a healthy and safe organization including safe recruitment and operational practices.

Safeguarding can only be effective in healthy, multicultural, and supportive workplaces. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEI&B), including Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI), are essential for fostering safe, healthy, and prosperous work environments. Healthy work cultures are created when employees can bring their authentic selves and openly contribute to the collective mission. When expressed values and demonstrated behaviors align with the very policies created to promote safe and supportive interactions, people thrive - all people.

Internal policies may include but are not limited to Safeguarding policies (including protection against sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment or PSEAH), DEI&B, the Code of Ethics or Conduct, and Protection from Discrimination, Harassment, and Bullying. And, policies alone are not enough; they must be actionable and reflected in the actions from every person within the organization.
