Week 1: Define Your Goal & Understand the Change Process
Focus: Clarify what you want to achieve and why it matters.
Learnings: Identify your stage in the 6 Stages of Change, understand the journey of behavior change, and set a realistic foundation for action and progress.

Week 2: Identify Barriers & Overcome Obstacles
Focus: Recognize what’s been holding you back.
Learnings: Spot internal and external barriers, explore the feelings and dialogue behind them, and learn strategies to navigate challenges effectively.

Week 3: Intentional Action vs. Busywork
Focus: Take purposeful steps toward your goal.
Learnings: Understand the difference between thinking, doing, and meaningful action; define what progress looks like; and identify the first actionable steps for your personal or professional goal.

Week 4: Build Your 90-Day Plan & Habits for Success
Focus: Turn insights into a concrete roadmap.
Learnings: Create a clear 90-day action plan, track progress, build supportive habits, anticipate setbacks, and learn how to pivot for continued success
