Supervision
For safeguarding practitioners wishing to engage in more a “technical learning” dialogue, we offer supervision services. Supervision is available to help with complex or sensitive matters, helping to navigate safeguarding strategies, investigations, or action plans, and providing a safe space to improve reflective practice.
- Setting goals
- Improving your practice, critical thinking, and analysis
- Providing support for the supervision or management of others on the team (e.g., performance planning and management, engaging in difficult conversations, building resiliency, creating a cohesive & healthy team, etc.)
- Navigating complex systems, investigations, or critical incidents
- Responding to audits or reviews
- Developing strategic plans or risk mitigation and management systems
- Working with teams to explore interdependencies, communications styles, decision-making, performance, engagement, trust, and dismantling hierarchies to empower leadership from each team member
- Establishing team norms
- Creating team charters
